Return Policy
We want you to love your D7 Farms gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Stickers and water bottles are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Start a Return
- Email us at dev@d7farms.com with your order number and reason for the return
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us at dev@d7farms.com and we'll work with you to get the right fit. The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at dev@d7farms.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
