Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. After that, standard shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're looking into it.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Products & Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Our apparel comes in sizes S through 3XL. Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up — our hoodies have a comfortable, true-to-size fit.
What are the hoodies made of?
Our hoodies are 50% pre-shrunk cotton, 50% polyester at 8.0 oz/yd². They feature air-jet spun yarn for a soft feel with less pilling, a double-lined hood, front pouch pocket, and reinforced stitching throughout.
How should I care for my D7 Farms gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print. Following these steps will keep your gear looking fresh for years.
Will the white hoodie be bright white?
The white option may appear slightly off-white due to the fabric blend. This is normal and gives it a more natural look.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Yes! If you're looking to order for a group, farm event, or organization, email us at dev@d7farms.com and we'll work out pricing.
Returns
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Stickers and water bottles are final sale. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at dev@d7farms.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Is D7 Farms a real farm?
Absolutely. D7 Farms is a working farm in Glasgow, Kentucky. The merch store helps fund our farm operations while we build out our enterprises. Learn more on our Our Story page.
